The challenge
Telemetry was sampled to CSV dumps analysed weekly. Dispatchers guessed ETAs by phone, maintenance reacted to breakdowns, and fuel spend was unaudited.
What we did
We stream CAN-bus and GPS data through Kinesis into a hot store feeding dispatcher maps, customer ETA widgets and anomaly models that flag failing parts before they fail.

- ETA accuracy improved to ±11 minutes
