Engineering Manager — Consulting Practice
Lead a pod of eight to ten consultants across multiple client engagements: staffing, growth, quality and sanity. You will keep delivery excellent while making ByteDots the place senior engineers refuse to leave. This role blends people leadership with hands-on delivery assurance — expect to review architectures, unblock projects and still ship the occasional prototype.
