Build the pipelines, models and guardrails that turn client data chaos into trusted decisions. dbt is our modelling backbone; orchestration varies by client but quality contracts never do. You will touch everything from CDC ingestion to LLM evaluation harnesses, always anchored to measurable business value.

What you’ll do
- Design ingestion, transformation and serving layers for analytics platforms
- Implement data-quality contracts and observability
- Build ML/LLM features with proper evaluation harnesses
- Coach client analysts toward self-serve modelling
What you bring
- Strong SQL plus Python; dbt in production
- Warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift)
- Understanding of dimensional modelling and incremental patterns
- Pragmatism over architecture astronautics
Bonus points
- Streaming experience (Kafka, Kinesis)
- Airflow/Dagster orchestration depth
- Healthcare or fintech data governance exposure
